Does not form a film on the surface so you don't lose traction

Does not change the normal appearance of your concrete

Protects against salt and makes stains easier to clean up

Sealing Concrete-

Old sealer starts to fade and yellow which exposes the underlying concrete to wear.  

Sealing the concrete protects it and helps restore its color.

Crack and Joint Sealing-

Sealing the cracks and joints in your concrete closes the space between the panels which protects agains weeds, water and denieing a home for bugs and spiders under the concrete.  

It also helps stabilize the moisture in the soil below the concrete which helps reduce frost heaving in the winter

Outdoor Kitchen and Grill Pads-

Grill grease and food spills soak into unsealed patio concrete. A penetrating sealer does not form a film, does not change the look of the concrete, and keeps those stains from soaking in so they wipe up.

Hot Tub Pads-

Before the spa is set, clean the pad, seal the joints, and apply a penetrating sealer. Water stays out of the joints (less frost heave) and splash does not soak in. No film, so the pad is not slick. You cannot seal under a tub once it is in place.
